Overview

This website, tryzalune.com, is operated by Zalune ("Zalune", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms & Conditions apply to everyone who visits the site or buys from it. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. The product

Zalune is a 520 nm green light therapy device for home use. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Zalune is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and nothing on this site is medical advice. Keep following the advice of your doctor and keep using anything they have prescribed.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to buy from this site.

3. Orders

When you place an order you make an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship your order. We may refuse or cancel an order, including after you receive a confirmation email, if a product is unavailable, if there is an error in the price or description, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you have paid, we refund you in full.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax, where it applies, is shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order and is processed securely by our payment providers; we never see or store your full card number. We may change prices at any time, but a change does not affect an order we have already accepted.

5. Shipping, returns and warranty

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, returns by our Return Policy (60-day money-back guarantee), and the device by our Device Warranty (1 year, free replacement). Title and risk of loss pass to you when the order is delivered.

6. Safe use

Use the device as described in its instructions. Do not stare directly into the light for long periods, do not use it while driving or operating machinery, and keep it away from water. If you have a light-sensitive seizure condition, ask your doctor before using any light therapy device. Stop using it and contact your doctor if you feel worse.

7. Reviews and content you send us

If you send us a review, photo or message, you give us permission to publish it on our site and in our marketing with your first name and last initial. You confirm it is your own, honest experience. Email support@tryzalune.com to have anything you sent removed.

8. Intellectual property

The Zalune name and logo, and the text, images and design of this site, belong to Zalune or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

9. Accuracy of information

We work to keep everything on this site accurate and current. If we find an error in a description, image or price, we correct it, and if it affects your order we contact you before shipping.

10. Third-party links

Links to studies and other websites are provided for information. We are not responsible for the content of sites we do not operate.

11. Prohibited uses

You may not use the site for anything unlawful, to interfere with its security or operation, to collect other people's information, or to resell our products as an unauthorized retailer.

12. Disclaimer

Except as stated in our Return Policy and Device Warranty, and to the extent the law allows, the site and products are provided "as is" without other warranties of any kind.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Zalune is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

14. Indemnification

You agree to hold Zalune harmless from claims arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site or products.

15. Privacy

How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

16. Changes

We may update these terms. The version posted on the site when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
