California Privacy Notice

This notice applies to residents of California and supplements our Privacy Policy, under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act.

Information we collect. In the last 12 months we have collected the categories described in our Privacy Policy: identifiers and contact details, commercial information (orders and returns), internet activity on our site, and approximate location from your IP address. We do not collect sensitive personal information for the purpose of inferring characteristics about you.

How we use and disclose it. For the purposes described in our Privacy Policy: to fulfil orders, provide support, secure the site and market our products. We disclose it to service providers such as Shopify, our payment processors and carriers.

Sale and sharing. We do not sell personal information for money. Our use of advertising cookies and pixels, such as Meta's, may count as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. You can opt out on Your Privacy Choices. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.

Your rights. You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We will not treat you differently for using these rights. To use them, email support@tryzalune.com with the subject "California privacy request". We verify requests by matching the email address and order details we hold. An authorized agent can make a request for you with your signed permission.

Retention. We keep order records for as long as needed for tax, accounting and warranty purposes, and other information for as long as it is needed for the purposes above.
