Device Warranty

1-year warranty. Free replacement for any device issue.

Every Zalune device is covered for one year from the date it is delivered to you. If it stops working properly in that year, we replace it free of charge.

What is covered

• The light does not switch on, flickers or cuts out
• The brightness control or the touch control stops working
• The cable or the base fails in normal use
• Any fault in materials or workmanship

What is not covered

• Damage from a drop, liquid, or opening the housing
• Use with a power supply or cable that did not come with the device
• Normal cosmetic wear such as small scratches
• Devices bought from anyone other than the official Zalune website. Zalune is not sold on Amazon or by other retailers.

How to make a claim

1. Email support@tryzalune.com with your order number and a photo or short video showing the issue.
2. We reply within one business day.
3. Once we confirm the claim, we ship your replacement free. If we need the faulty device back, we tell you how to send it.

The warranty is in addition to the 60-day money-back guarantee in our Return Policy and to any rights you have under the law.
