Free shipping

Every Zalune order ships free within the United States.

Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship internationally yet.

Processing

Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). You receive an order confirmation by email straight away, and a shipping confirmation with your tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.

Tracking

Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation, or sign in to your account to see your order status.

Address changes

If the shipping address on your order needs correcting, email support@tryzalune.com before your order ships and we will update it.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking has not updated for several days, or your parcel shows as delivered but you have not received it, email support@tryzalune.com with your order number. We work with the carrier to locate it and keep you updated.
